Returns Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Request a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for your return.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Place the item securely in its original packaging, include all tags and labels, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 4: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Exchange Information
If you’re exchanging an item:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
- You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for the exchanged item
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
