Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) using reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Standard Shipping ( $12.95 ): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather events. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Quality Apparel. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear (including items from the Boardshorts and Swim collections) if the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been tried on without appropriate underwear. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Request a Return or Exchange
    Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item. You can use the template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely place the item in its original packaging, include all tags and labels, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Ship the package to our returns center at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Information

If you are exchanging an item:

  • We will ship your new item once we receive the returned product.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the exchanged item.
  • If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
  • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items
