We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) using reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
- Standard Shipping ( $12.95 ): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather events. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Quality Apparel. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Request a Return or Exchange

Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. - Package Your Item
Securely place the item in its original packaging, include all tags and labels, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. - Ship Your Return

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Information
If you are exchanging an item:
- We will ship your new item once we receive the returned product.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the exchanged item.
- If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
- If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference.
