• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing and weather events.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been tried on without appropriate underwear
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds

International Returns
